ATTALINK tying tool

The tying system is very fast and consists in two stages:

1) Closing / opening: the elastic tie is in position
2) Closing / opening: the crimping ring closes off the elastic tie
The binding tension is adjustable according to requirements.

Robust

ATTALINK tying machines are manufactured in stainless steel; they are designed to be shock-resistant and to be used in all weathers.

Operating autonomy

ATTALINK tying machines use elastic ties, closed off with an aluminium alloy ring. The elastic thread magazine attached to the machine contains 70 to 100 m (depending on the type of elastic) and over 1,000 ties can be placed with a single aluminium load (reel of metal to close the thread).

ATTALINK-3A

The ATTALINK-3A tying tool can be used for ties up to 3 cm in diameter. Light and easy to use, it is suitable for attaching young plants to supports such as wire, bamboo, metal posts etc. The ATTALINK-3A is delivered ready to use with one magazine of standard natural colour elastic thread and one reel of standard metal for crimping the elastic.

ATTALINK-6A

The ATTALINK-6A tying tool is very versatile; thanks to its wide opening it can bind both large diameters (up to 6 cm) and smaller ones. Reduced user effort and great efficiency. The ATTALINK-6A is delivered ready to use with a magazine of standard natural colour elastic and one reel of standard metal for the crimping ring.

ATTALINK-6AR

This model is specially designed for preparing small bouquets or small packets (maximum diameter: 6 cm). For preparing bouquets and small packets, VIGOUROUX has designed the ATTALINK-6AR. After each closing/opening cycle, the elastic remains stretched between the two arms of the tying machine; the operator releases the product which is then attached to one side and there is no need to reload it for the next tying cycle. This model is therefore particularly suitable for use when the elastic tie can be positioned close to the end of the bundle which can then be released laterally (as for a small bunch of flowers for example).

ATTALINK-6A4 with smaller handle opening

Featuring a smaller handle opening than other models, the ATTALINK-6A4 tying tool offers enhanced ease-of-use for those looking for smaller hand opening (maximum handle opening: 93 mm instead of 107 mm). The tool comes ready for use with one magazine of standard natural colour elastic thread and one reel of standard metal for the crimping ring.
